if i export / import my contacts in Outlook to say hotmail/gmail/
outlook express are the contacts moved completely or are they simply
copied to the new destination.

How do you remove the "ques" such as "Job Title" but keep the information.  
For instance, I would like to put the full name and then under that put "and
family" or "and staff" but do not want "Job Title" or "children"...to appear.

i use windows XP. when i export outlook's contacts to another file
( say a csv document ) are they removed from outlook or are they
copied to the other file. i am nervous about losing my contacts and
simply want to copy them elsewhere.

1.  What function does the "Display as" field have?   Someone mentioned in
an earlier post that it is of little consequence. What is this field for
then? I thought it was the field that "displays" to the sender their name as
Can't Make Contacts An Address Book In OL200301 Sep 2007 01:08 GMT8
Just upgraded (?) to VISTA 32 bit and used the Migration Wizard. I see all
the contacts in Outlook 2003, but can't make it act as my address book (i.e.
click on "To" in an email and it comes up blank).
I've selected the Address Book > Properties > Outlook Address Book tab. But
