I have created a database of members from a web-site which stores data in a
MySql-database.
I am having some difiiculties in exporting these data from MySql into office
2007 Contacts. I have tried to first export the data from MySql to a .csv

I assume the two address books are somehow tied together. I say that because
the autocomplete TO field is pulling addresses from somewhere other than my
Outlook XP address book. Or after reading some info maybe the file that
stores typed addresses (forgot it's extension) is ...

When I open a contact, the address is not displayed unless I click the  
Business address button at which point the Check Addresses Dialogue box
opens.  When I click OK, the address then appears on the contact page.

I have to reinstall my machine. At present there are two question.
1. how can I reinstate/import the addresses book from the old setup to the
new installation. Where can I find this old address book ? (I still have the
old disk).
