I have a global address book that I want to limit the list of users. I.e. - It is a school and the list has staff and students. I want only the staff listed. That way the staff can highlight the entire list and send an email, but it won't go to the students.

I have noticed that Many but Not all of my Contacts appear in the Activities tab in my personal Contact. To try and figure out why this may be, I sent all of my contacts to the Deleted Items folder.
