In an open email message, when I right-click on the sender's email address and choose the 'Add to contacts', can I change the default folder that it saves to? I realize I can drag-and-drop to my contacts folder of choice -- I'm just trying to take advantage of a simpler feature.

Hi everyone... trying to do a favor for one of my users. We have a BES for our Corporate BB users. However; this user that just started has his own (i.e., NON-approved BB). All he wants is to sync his contacts into Outlook contacts and then he's fine.

I have names in MO contacts in thai language. I want to export to address labels but it is not recognizing the thai language in publisher or word. Any suggestions?

OK....here is my problem. I reinstalled windows & office 2003, of course when i started the config it created a new pst file. so i imported my .pst file and now i have the regular inbox in the inbox a folder in the inbox, etc. it seems to have merged my pst with the

I have managed to get hotmail workiing with Outllok 2007 Pro, including syncronising e-maill addresses. However, although the "Junk e-mail options" allows me to select "also trust e-mail from my Contacts", Outlook does not seem to recognise the hotmail

In Outlook 2007 is it possible to revise the categories, like from Green being VIP to Green being Business. After the first use, I can find no way to change the name of categories. Thanks!

I was able to find and add the "New Appointment" button to the Quick Access toolbar in the Contact form, but it is not the same as the "New Appointment For Contact" button from Outlook 2003 in that it does not seem to associate the appointment with the contact it was created in. ...

I add email address from incoming emails. But when I add the addresses, it goes into the "Contact" folder. I want it to go into another contact folder that I have created, named "CUSTOMER CONTACT". Is there any way to do it?

I have a GMail account and I am using Outlook as a rich client and for its sync capabilities with my cell phone. I would like to be able to sync the Outlook contacts with the GMail contacts. (I mean real "sync", not "import/export").
