I have my mail preferences set to HTML, but any mail I send now shows it as Plain Text. Even mail I receive is in Plain Text. How can I change to HTML?

I need the email address to print as well as the person's name when I print an email. I have tried adding the email address to the display name and the contact's name. Nothing has worked. Any ideas?

When I Exported Windows Mail to Outlook 2003 I exported a bunch of files with inserted pictures. I was able to open all of them in Outlook ok but all pictures came in as attachments rather than inserted. I must have them inserted or the mail looks rediculous when I go to resend ...
