What files would I copy to save the Cached Email Addresses? Setting up new user profiles and want to save the cached email addresses so the user won't lose addresses they haven't saved in the Contacts folder.

I should be able to sync multiple contact folders with Active Sync, not just the main contact folder. Scrolling through 1200 contacts on my PDA is not efficient. ----------------

I want to delete some empty contact folder listings from the Outlook 2000 address book. Instructions from Microsoft say "Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts". There is no selection for E-mail Accounts in my Tools menu. ??????????

I have a client who has Outlook 2003. I created a new profile and had to import the contact list - when adding a new contact is puts the new contact into the old contact list and not the one. How can I either sync these up or point Outlook to look into the new contact list?

I am about to export all my Contacts to an Excel spreadsheet so a print shop can print them out on postcards for me. Will I lose my Contacts data permanently to Excel when I do this export? I have Outlook 2007.

Normaly if I add an adresbook to outlook you can enable the option "Show this folder as an email adress book". This works for all users exept one, this option is greyed out. What can I check so that this option becomes availeble? Thanks in advance.
