I have recently had my workstation reconfigured/reinstalled and now when I
enter a contact into the Full Name field the same was as I always have, it
treats the first name as last and vice versa in the File As field.
I've also checked the following settins:

In Outlook 2003: Each time I create a new Contacts folder, such as "Business
Contacts"; it is listed in the Navigation Pane and automatically, a duplicate
called "Business Contacts in Personal Folders" is created. This tends to
congest the Navigation Pane (which is a pain). Can I ...

I'd like to delete, or at least rename so it's usable, a second contact
folder that is now empty.  Delete and Rename are both grayed out.

I have a user who is trying to search in the GAL. When he uses the first
character of the last name as L, M, N, O, P Q, R. They all go to the list of
names that start with R and always the same name. Yes we do have people whose
names begin with the other letters.

I was able to pull all the data except the field of email. i did a

1. i exported a name and email of one person in excel
2.saved it as csv.

I'm either doing something really stupid or something is wrong with my
Outlook 2007. When I type in a search entry into the box, it yields 0 results

When I updated from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007, my Contact folder did NOT
become my address book.  I attempted to check the box in Properties; however,
