I have recently had my workstation reconfigured/reinstalled and now when I
enter a contact into the Full Name field the same was as I always have, it
treats the first name as last and vice versa in the File As field.
I've also checked the following settins:

I have a user who is trying to search in the GAL. When he uses the first
character of the last name as L, M, N, O, P Q, R. They all go to the list of
names that start with R and always the same name. Yes we do have people whose

I have Office 2003 Teacher and Student version which worked fine on my
previous PC which ran XP.
My new PC had preinstalled Vista home premium and frequently my contacts

become my address book.  I attempted to check the box in Properties; however,
it is greyed out and I can not select it.  How do I fix this?
