I have a windows based computer(xp) os.  I have over 700 contacts in
my Office small business edition.  I also have valuable information on
my calendar.

I entered all necessary info in a Contact File. When I try to send a new
email using this address information in the email name lookup this particular
contact does not appear.

I periodically import information from Excel to a contacts folder and then
copy the contacts to a Public contact folder than is used by many people.

Is there a limit to the number of contacts (physical records) that you can
store in a Contact list (folder) in Outlook 2003?  I'm aware of file size
limits, so to be clear, if each contact form is a record, is there a limit to
how many records one can store in a contact list?

I have added catagories to each of my contacts. I can see them in the list of
contacts but I can no longer see them when I open an individual address card.
