How can I send one message to many contacts  - so each contact recives an
email addressed only to them?

I just completed a detect and repair on Microsoft Office 2003 Outlook.
Now when I try to go to me address book to send an email I get the following
message:  "The address list could not be displayed.  The contact folder
associated with this address list could not be opened; it may ...

I clicked on New Mail Message | To and recieved a message "The address can
not be displayed..."  Yet when I click on a button that says Contacts, the
Contacts are displayed.
I went to Properties for the Persoanl Folder file I imported into Outlook,

I am trying to print an envelope from Word using the Outlook Address
Book Contact tab.  It works but the company name is not included in
the address.  How can I fix this?

I inadvertantly deleted most of my contacts.  I have read the help files, and
supposedly they can be retrieved from the deleted items folder.  This folder
only brings up my deleted emails.  Can I recover my contacts? And how?

I have not found i way to sort my distribution lists in alfabethic order.
They appear in the order I have created them I think. Anyway not in
alfabetic order.
All other contacts are sorted alfabetic order.
