I had an contact in my distribution list that contained an invalid email
address. I changed the email address for the contact and then updated my
distribution list, but the deleted email address keeps showing up. I even
deleted the entire contact from the address book and DL, ...

In my office, we have been organizing our Outlook contacts by category. Now
we would like to send an email to a specific category. Do i have to go back
to step one and organize all those email addresses into distribution lists?
Or is there a way to directly link my categories ...

outlook 2003.  I just upgraded to Outlook 2007 and I no longer want to use

Using Outlook 2003 for webmail.  Typed distribution lists, then when insert
in email, they are different members.  So went back to list and saw they were
right members, so clicked Update Now and a totally new list of members for
that distribution list came up.  I did not pick ...

I am unable to add contacts to outlook it was working just fine up until a
few days ago. When I scroll it will not even highlight add contact.
Any Suggestions? Also this outlook is not on a server and outlook is not my

I am using my Outlook contacts to do a mail merge into Word.  We have a
custom contact form set up to see a few fields we need.  I go into Outlook
and select Tools, Mail Merge, Existing Document, Mailing Labels, Ok.  
Everything is fine there.
