Can I export my contact list into Excel and include the date created
information?

At work I need to keep track of a large contact list and some distribution
list.
They change like almost evryday, and i need to keep the names and e-mails
and to wich distribution list they belong also in excell. And i'm spending

I have Office Ultimate 2007.  I am trying to create mailing labels.  Using
Mailmerge - it can not find my contact file in Outlook.  I am finding no help
anywhere.

I have Outlook 2003 abd have an Excel spreadsheet sent to me by one of my
customers with company names, contacts, addresses, phone, fax, e-mail
addresses, etc.... - I would like to take this and import these into a
Contact folder - seems I can not do this -- If I leave as .xls ...

I want to add a new catagory for the existing contacts. If I select a
catagory and then can I add new catagory to those contacts? I am not very
tech savy.

I have a public folders contact list with 6000 contacts.  Due to some
corruption, I had to export and reimport all contacts using the contactgenie
tools.   After doing so I have noticed that in user defined fields, previous
fields have been given a type of yes/no checkboxes are ...

I'm running Vista 64 on a new PC and am using Outlook 2002 on this.  I've
imported my contacts as a pst file from my old PC and they've copied in fine.
Only one contacts folder shows in the folder list.  However, when I try to
send an email and click on the To: field, it goes to ...

I am having a problem getting my contacts into an address book.  When I go to
Contacts - Properties - Outlook Address Book and then try and check the box
to show this folder in an email adress book, I cannot check it.  The box will
not take a check or click.  

I use outlook 2003 SP2 and when I add a flag to contact with a reminder, I
would expect it to show up in Calendar. Any ideas? Thanks

What is best way to export Contact from Excel or CSV that have birthdays
(dates).

How can you save to outlook contacts adresses from the web or any other
application? Seems like I remember doing this at one time or another.

SBS 2003 on server, Outlook 2003 on W2K computer. Search in contacts is SLOW
with almost 4000 names. However search is almost instantaneous using OWA on
the same computer. How can I make Outlook search as fast as OWA?
Or is that too much to ask  Microsoft for?

I am sending emails by choosing a group to send to, yet it is sending to all
my contacts in the contact file, not just the group.  The only way I know
this is I have received back failure messages or auto-responder messages from
people NOT in the group I selected.

My laptop would hook to my phone line and show me a caller id bublle in the
bottom right hand corner of the screen. I cannot figure out how to turn on
this feature on my desk top. Please advise
