hi...is it possible to use clip art as a background for an ebc. Have tried saving in my pics, emailing myself...just can't do it. Any help gratefully received.

Someone has sent me a bunch of contacts. They have the company name in capitol letters. I need to change it to upper and lower case and the system accepts the change. But when I open the contact again the company name is back in upper and lower case.

Can you tell me if "Select Names; My Contacts" (when addressing an email,) has been updated in anyway so I can change the fields that appear in that window? Right now I have 3 - Name, Display Name and Email Address. I need to be able to actually choose which fields show

We would like to add Contacts through VBA code. Easy enough. We would also like to add Tasks, Calendar Items, Notes, and Journal Items through VBA code that are related to the contacts in question. We are using Outlook 2003.

I have been tasked with creating an Outlook folder on my home computer to be transfered via cd to another computer. I am using office 2007 Pro, other end is using Office 2003 Pro, both on XP. I have already created folder on my computer.

I'm using Outlook 2003. In the "Find a Contact" drop down list I want to delete some names that appear in that list. I know how to delete a name for the autocomplete list but this doesn't work here. One of the names that appears in my drop down list is interfering with

At Startup, (a Message) You are using an Old OST file, delete this and clost down mail. Then start Outlook again, a new OST file will be created. Problem: There are 4 OST files, which OST file to delete?

Its Outlook 2007 / win-xp-pro discription: in the main Big folder called by default (personal folders = PF) there is a folder for contacts. however i can make other contacts-folders in the PF or i can make subfolders in the default contacts
