I am attempting to restore my Outlook backup via the Import function in Outlook 2007. I exported my PST file to create a backup and then reformatted my computer as I needed to. I reinstalled Outlook and did an IMPORT of my backed up PST file.

When I load a backup of contacts in Outlook 2003 and try to use a distribution list, I get "Unknown Error". I really don't want to rebuild - would take a LONG time. Little help??

How do I add several contacts to an already created Journal entry. In Outlook 2003 there is a contact line at the bottom of the Journal entry. It seems absent in 2007.

Hi. Trying to do mail merge for mailing labels. When I insert Outlook Personal Contacts file as data file, get error message as above. It says I should re-install MS Word. ANy ideas? Thank you.

Is it possible for a simple program to be made that allows your conyacts phone no, address etc to be included in the new appointment you make with them. It is so frustrating that Outlook doesn't do it. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it greatly.
