When installing 2003 on a PC (Home XP) using 2000 must I first deinstall 2000 or will 2003 just overlay the older version? If it just overlays will 2003 incorporate the 2000 pst files automatically or must I do a copy of a backed-up pst file (e.g. contacts)?

I used to be able to pick images off various sites and e-mail them to my address but now when I choose to e-mail image to myself an e-mail page appears with a statement that says - "This message was not sent". There's not thing I can do to change this - has anyone had this problem ...
