Word Merge with Contacts in Public Folder22 Nov 2007 11:21 GMT1
When I start a Mail Merge in Word and try to choose a contacts folder under
my Public Folders, the only contact folder choices I see are my local contact
folders. How can I merge with contacts from a public folder?  Thanks!

I'm using Outlook 2003 with Microsoft Exchange Server. Is there a way that I
can also update my bosses Contact file when I add or update the Global
addresses in the Public folder? I don't need to update my own contacts, just

From what I have read I'm no the only one but here it goes, same error
as everyone else "can not obtain information from data source."

I seem to have "lost" my address book, so that when I want to send an e-mail
and I do not remember the e-mail address, my address book comes up as empty
and the only way that I can send a letter then is via my contacts which is a

When I copy contacts from Outlook on my workstation in CVS format and  import
these copied contacts onto Outlook on my notebook in the process of copying
STMP lines /additions with names are automatically added, rendering the whole
contact database useless until these STMP ...

A significnat number of email addresses and notes information have been
stripped out of my contacts. Can anyone tell why this is happening. I am

I occationally do recruiting at my job and have to send out hundreds of
"thank you for applying" emails.
Is there a way of selecting a large group of emails and replying to all of
them at once?

How do I add "Rev." to the drop down Titles available?  Currently the titles
are "Dr. Miss. Mr. Mrs. Ms." and I need to modify the list and add "Rev." to
the drop down list so my folks don't have to type in Rev. every time they add
a clergy person to the contact list.

i have set up my contacts, with some user-defined fields, and am wanting to
mail merge that data... but when selecting merge fields in a word document, i
cant see my user-defined fields. can i do this? or do i need to use fields
