I have a problem... I have a addressbook of 3500 names.
In this addressbook I try to find my contacts but it's not display anything
I want to find in my addressbook.
I have made a new addressbook and copied a small part to the new addressbook.

I used the Vista migration wizard to move a user from a WinXP Pro computer
to a new Vista computer, including email settings and files.
Office 2007 was already installed on the Vista machine but I did not take
any steps to set Outlook up thinking that the migration wizard would do ...

I have imported a copy of my Outlook 2003 PST file to recover my contacts.  
When I first look at the imported contacts in the address card view the
gray/brown bar where I expect to see the “File as” value is blank.  If I
double click on the card to open it the “File as” appears ...

All of my contacts are in the "contacts" folder.
I have checked, deleted and reinstalled the address book in the tools email
accounts add address book menu and it looks OK.

Hi all, I had to reformat my computer. Before I did this I saved my PST file.
When I imported it back into my new outlook the contact database says it is
an internal version. i am having trouble with other MS Office programs
recognising contacts for merges and resourses.

When I drag a contact to the mail button, the email pops up with the contact
in the subject line. How do I get it to function properly?

I recently swapped to a new computer, and have imported all my old contacts.
They show up just fine in Outlook 2003. However, when I start to write a new
email and click one of the To or CC buttons, I get the following error
message:
