I am having a problem saving vCards. I fill in secondary info, save it as a
.vcf file; but when I open it, all of the secondary info is gone. Anyone have
any knowledge to share??

When I add a new contact, can I add that contact to my distribution list
automatically? It would be a big help!

i have a csv file ready to import into my 2000 outlook contacts. email is
configured and working as is calendar.  when i try to import contact i end
with both names and emails in contacts but when i try to configure a distn
list then the name comes up but not the email address ...

I rebuilt my XP system, reloaded OL2003 and re-established contacts, calendar
and bookmarks by syncing with my iPhone.  (I do have backed up copies of my

I had Office 2007 on my old computer and Office 2007 on my brand new

HELP!  I receive the error message "Unable to open the Address Book.  The
Address Book may not be installed properly".  This started after a system

Some of my Outlook 2003 New emails automatically completer the email address
(or show choices) when I start typing the TO:  address.  However, some do
not.  I want to tie the TO: autocomplete using my Contacts emails.

I am trying to find a way to export my Outlook contacts and keep all the
notes intact.  When I have tried in the past it truncates all of the
information and it is not clear when you re-import into Outlook on another
