I have an extensive list of contacts, and each has as assigned a category.  I
want to take only those contacts with the category "holiday" and use them in
a Word Mail merge.  I can set up the mail merge to use the Outlook Contacts
without any problem but I cannot seem to filter ...

I have 1000s of e-mails and I am using an hotmail account with Outlook 2007.
I would like to creat a contact for each sender with at least e-mail address
and name.

I havea user with Outlook 2003.  When she opens her address book and selects
"Show names from the:" drop down, she has four "Contacts" listed beyond the
Global address list and one other.  She only uses one of those Contact lists,
all the others are empty, how do I get rid of the ...

I am trying to export outlook (2003) contacts into Microsoft Excel.  I have
done this a million times b/f, but for some reason this time it is only
exporting the company name, suffix and category fields.  Nothing else.  Can

I have been given access to another person's contacts and need to export
their contact list.  When I try to run the export, only my contacts are
listed.  I can copy their addresses into another folder under mine, but there
are 2400 contacts and Outlook will only allow me to copy ...

How do enter 900 addresses into one email?

When sending emails to a number of recipients i get the following error
message for several of the contacts.
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
     Subject:   

when I click on the TO; button to bring up contacts /in the SELECTNAMES
window it brings up address book and I want to show CONTACTS

I upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2007 and have lost all contact and
calendar info. Any idea how I may recover this important info?
