I am trying to get my contacts to display alphabetically with last name
first, but can't seem to get it to do it that way.  This is driving me crazy,
since I need to use contacts on the desktop and with my PDA,

I have improted contacrts, but they went to "Detailed address cards" instead
of "Address cards" which is the source for my Address Book. How can I get the
imported file into my address book? (move detailed address cards to address
cards)

I have recently started using Outlook 2007.
My list of contacts has two columns of interest:  "FILE AS" and "FULL NAME".
I wish to replace the list of names in the second column with those from the
first column, keeping the rest of the data in the rows the same; then delete

Word 2007, Outlook 2007 - trying to set up a mail merge for labels using
Outlook contacts . I'm using the wizard in Word but when I go to select the
Outlook Contacts, I get the message:
"Unable to obtain the list of tables from data source"

All of my contacts and favorites are missing...how do I retrieve them?

I have Outlook and Word 2000 .
I only use the "Mail Merge" function once each year when I address
Christmas Cards so , consequently , I'm not very "hands-on" in the use
of this facility.

When I open contacts in Address Card view the boxes are blank. If however I
click on one of the letters on the right of the Contacts window, the address
cards begining with that letter display. How can I  see all my addresses in
Address Card view

Have tried to print Avery labels...but the words "Mailing Address" appear in
the address line.
How do I fix this?

In Outlook '07, I have "Msg. w/Auto Preview" selected.  Sometimes the
msg I select shows in Auto Preview. sometimes the preview window is
blank.  Sometimes if I switch to Contacts, or Calendar, and go back to
the Inbox, the information from the previous item I was viewing is in

I have my contacts with Outloo 2003 but have Office XP Outlook 2002 on a home
computer. How do I save my 2003 conatcs so that I can import them into my
Outlook 2002? I am new at this so I hope I am doing it correctly.

I run outlook '03 on XP Home and have an 80 gig Ipod Classic.  When I syc my
contacts, about 10% don't get captured on the IPOD.  I can't find anything
different between those that are and are not captured.  I also don't find
anything similar about those that aren't captured.  ...

 I'm in Outlook 2003, go into Contacts, double click on a distribution
list, add 2 contacts, Save and Close.  Double click again to check --
contacts are there.
Click on New Mail Message, put Distribution List in the To: field and send
