I had a no. of subfolders in contacts in addition to the main folder called
Contacts.  Now for some reason these do no longer appear as subfolders but as
folders in their own right but the most alarming thing is these have all
found their way into the Deleted Items folder apart ...

I can not find the categories button that is usually at the bottom right of a

I have some sort of a problem with titles printing consistantly on lables. I
have contacts that have titles of Mr. & Mrs. Sometimes the titles print and
sometimes they don't. I have looked at the Full Name view and the titles and

I run Windows XP, Outlook 2002. As part of weekly backup of critical files to
an external hard drive, I want to include Outlook Address Book and Contact
List. What are the file names/locations of the Address Book and Contact List.

I have just bought a new PC with Vista and Office 2007 pre-installed and am
unable to find the feature in Outlook that would allow me to open a Contact
and then click on 'Create New Letter to Contact'.  
In Outlook 2003 this was under a pull-down menu and would open a new Word

I am using Excel 2003. I am trying to import an Excel csv file (containing
contacts) into Outlook 2003. From there I will export it to a website
