I have created & named folders to store email names & addresses in Outlook. I have sorted them alphabetically by last name in the “email display as” column. But when I open them when sending email in “to:” they are not in alphabetical order. What do I need to do?

When changing to "phone List" View i receive an error stating "Outlook cannot display this view. the folder is full." This happened when i was trying to add a new field from the field chooser. how can i resolve this.

Outlook 2007 WILL NOT allow me to send an email unless the recipient is already in my Contact List. This is one of the most ridiculous and frustrating features I've ever seen on a piece of software. I can find no way to turn it off. Can anyone help me?
