I have a user defined field called Card Sent, field property is text. On some of the contacts I update, the date reads 2007. On others it reads 2,007 even when I enter it without the comma. Anyone have an idea of what is happening or how to fix it?

In the last several days, I had to reformat my PC, but I saved my Outlook/archive.pst files to disk then back to a Backup Folder on my C: drive. When I was all done and updated, I copied both of them back in place and all is fine with my 'Contacts' (and Mail/Calendar/Tasks, etc.. ...

I am signed into the discussion (I know because the icon now says "Sign Out"). When I click New and Question, I get an error sound. I can submit a New Suggestion. I submitted a new question a couple of days ago just fine. What am I doing wrong?

I downloaded an upgrade to microsoft today....not certain to which upgrades since it is done automatically. After that I no longer have anything in my outlook contact list. Is there a way I can get this listing back.

I have upgraded my Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007 in a Vista Home Premium environment via an easylink cable. Now, my address book is inaccessible - I cannot open it, use it, or delete/rebuild it. How can I gain access to my address book again?

when addding a contacts in outlook there is a line which says "display as" eg "ros" . This was happening for about a year but now my new emails all show the nickmane follwed by full emails address eg phil>psmith@bigpond.net.au. How do I stop it doing this

The subject says it all. Could someone please point me to an article that would explain in detail how to export contacts from outlook into a format that can be imported into macmail? And then, export from mac mail back into a format that can readily be imported into Outlook?
