I want to modify Outlook 2007 to create a Custom Contact Form. I want to add a Tab to the standard Contact Form that is called “Products” Then I want a list of fields to add the various products that the contact is buying.

I have a personal address book created with OL 2000, after upgraded the client to OL 2003, PAB can ne opened. However some contacts created before with OL 2000 cannot be edit and new contacts does.

When I create new email message and click the "To" I get an error message as follows: "Can't contact LDAP Directory Server (81)". What does this message mean? I just upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2003. My contact list is complete, but my address book is empty. Please help!
