I'd like to export the addresses that automatically appear when I
write a letter in the field 'to:' in my OUTLOOK 2003.
It's not possible to export them by the 'import/export' function.
Do you know how can I do?

Replaced notebook with desktop, moved from Office 2003 to Office 2007.
Copied .pst file to new machine - did not import.
Some address book entries work fine, others do not show any information.

Hi! I finaly got myself to sort my contact and noticed after introducing a
category to each contact (what a hassle) that I couldnt sort them by
category!!!!!!!! When I click on the top of the category list outlook says:
"you cannot sort by this field" and if i try to do it via ...

I am using Outlook 2007 and used to be able to dial utilising a TAPI
interface directly from Contacts through to our PBX. However now it is not
recognising the +44 207X XXXX numbers in my Contacts and is dialling some
strange random numbers!

Last week I created two distribution lists.  When I click on Contacts, I see
these 2 disbtribution lists in the NAVIGATION PANE underneath my contacts

I just got a Windows Vista system and have followed the steps to txfr my
contacts from Yahoo Mail to Outlook. However, at the last step, importing the
file, I have run into a roadblock. The Import/Export option under File is
grayed out. I can't select it.

Can you import data to new 'user defined' fields in your Outlook contact
list? I created a couple of new fields but the import function will not allow
me to map to them.

I currently use Outlook 2003 on an Exchange Server. I have shared a contact
folder that I have on the server with a co-worker. She can view the contacts
but she can not use them as an Outlook Address Book. When she looks at the

A girl I work with and I both maintain Contact Lists, like Work Related,
Personal, Employees E-Mails, etc.  What we'd like to do is have one shared
list that either one of us can update and it shows up for both, so we "Shared
our Contacts" but now, we'd like to see that same list ...

I like how you can put your contacts birthday information, but for my Mom and
Dad I have them on a joint contact card, because they have the same email
address. Is there anyway to put two birthdays for one contact card?

I have two different contacts folders.  There are some names that appear in
both. If I change a phone number for John James in folder A, is there a way
to have that change automatically reflected with that same name in folder B.

I had to create a New Profile on a machine for one of my users.
I was able to add the data file for her personal folders, that's fine.
I get her personal address book.
But it looks like she's lost her Distribution list from the "Show Names
