I want to sort contacts by category but get a message saying I can't.  Is
there a way to do this?

My hard drive recently crashed and a new one installed.  I had been fortunate
that prior to the crash I copied my address book in contacts to a pst file.  
I successfully imported the pst file and the contacts appear as they should

When my users send mail to a mix of local and external contacts, the local
address is always sent as a reply-to. When external contacts respond,
obviously they can't resolve the local address.
What do I have to do in order to force the reply-to address as 'not' local?

I was showing two contacts lists in my address book, one empty and
one with my contacts in it. The default was empty so every time I "checked

The 'select names' dialog box shows fax numbers for all our company contacts.
I noticed that it does not do this on my coworker's computer, so there must
be a way to remove the fax numbers from my 'select names' dialog box.

I want my contacts in Outlook Express to list in an ascending order...from
a-z.  I click ascending in the "sort by"  but it still always starts at z and
I have to scroll down....  any ideas anyone?

I copy and pasted the personal folder pst file (outlook.pst) from my windows
xp computer onto a new vista computer. both computers have outlook 2002
installed. when i opened the OL 2002 on vista computer, the emails are there,
