Hi --
We have 14 PCs running Outlook 2003 connected to Exchange Server 2003. On
some of the PC's when we add a contact with a local phone number, 555-1212,
for example, Outlook ads the area code so then number is saved as (999)

I'm using Outlook 2003 and running XP.  When in Outlook, my contacts are
alphabetically listed by last name.  But when I am creating a new message and
hit the "To:" button to list my contacts, they don't appear in the DISPLAY AS
format but rather alphabetically by last name.

Sometimes when I add a person to My Contacts, I discover that they are
already there - but if I look on the list or try to call them up Outlook
tells me that there is no such contact!  How do I find these and make them
visible in the list?  They show up on my Blackberry!

I just installed a trial version of Outlook 2007.  I have synched 52 contacts
from my phone to computer.  When I click to view my contract address book, it
takes 4-5 minutes to process the request and display the data.  I have

I have a personal distribution list emailed to me by a coworker and I want to
turn the list into a folder so I can import it into a particular program.  
How do I do this?  The contacts themselves do no appear in the contact list -
just the distribution list.

Her default email composing format is set to HTML in Tools, Options, Mail

my question is first, how do I attach the folder to email being send as
group list, without having to zip the job folder?
