I want to know if there is a way to change the default contacts that pop up when you are trying to make an appointment to be the ones that we have on our server. Right now when I try to make an appointment all of my personal contacts pop up.

In GroupWise I could reply to all and save the resulting list of recipients as a personal email group. Is there a similar function in Outlook?

When I choose a particular way from the drop down box as how to "File As", this way is not carried over to the Address Book and is filed a different way. How can I make the way I chose in "Contacts" be carried over to the way it is filed in the Address Book?

We're moving Exchange Servers and we export the Inbox, Calendar, Contacts, etc. to a .pst file, then import that .pst into the new profile. Everything comes in okay, except that the contacts for our company no longer have the complete email address; just the user's name.

I have 300 names in an Excel spreadsheet. I want to send an individual email message to each. Is there any way to copy multiple contacts into Outlook? Doing this individually will take forever. Any suggestions? Thanks

In Outlook 2003 you could add a contact folder in that resided in a public folder to group called Other contacts. That feature does not appear to work in Outlook 2007. I've looked but cannot find any help features that address the problem.

In my OL2007 I don't have Actions>"new message to contact" (even when I select a category or a contact). It is not even grayed out, it simply does not show up there...
