How do you view public contacts in Outlook 2007?

In Outlook 2007, my default "File As" format for contacts is:
"Last Name, First Name (Company Name)"
However, for several of my contacts instead of appearing as:
Smith, John (ABC Products)

I would like to use my Address Book off line.  However there are no entries
in it.  Can I import data from my Contacts file into the Address Book?

I have replaced my Palm with a Blackberry.  When I went to sync the
Blackberry with Outlook it overwrote all 5 years worth of my Contacts

This morning I was showing a co-worker a tip I got from this site that works
on my computer.  Open your contacts folder, drag a distribution list over to
the mail folder in the navigation pane and drop, and a new message pops up

May I know is that possible to configure my outlook 2003 to add the contact
into my contacts
folder automatically whenever I receive/send email?
