In Outlook 2007, my default "File As" format for contacts is:
"Last Name, First Name (Company Name)"
However, for several of my contacts instead of appearing as:
Smith, John (ABC Products)

I have replaced my Palm with a Blackberry.  When I went to sync the
Blackberry with Outlook it overwrote all 5 years worth of my Contacts
(instead of syncing). I then backed up the Contacts still on my Palm to a
card and tried to sync the Palm with Outlook to restore my contacts ...

This morning I was showing a co-worker a tip I got from this site that works
on my computer.  Open your contacts folder, drag a distribution list over to
the mail folder in the navigation pane and drop, and a new message pops up
