I imported my address book to contacts, but when I open a new e-mail message it does not look for addresses in my Contacts. If I click on TO: it only opens up the Global Address List from our Exchange server. How can I fix this?

I noticed that my sync of contacts to Motorola Q does not always sync contact changes. When I change on the Motorola device it wipes out the Outllok contact. I do have Outlook overriding my mobile device. It seems to work fine with my work pc using Outlook 2003.

I wish to do a postal mail merge using Word and the addresses in my Outlook Contacts. Outlook Express is my default email and my Contact address book has nothing but names from my OE address book. How do I compile the addresses so that I can mail merge?

Previously (although I don't know "before what") when I entered a phone number with no spaces, Outlook automatically expanded it, and, if I put in only seven numbers, put my default area code in front in parens. It's stopped doing that, and I can't find any option anywhere.

I just bought an OZ-290HII and notice the requirement specs only go up to Windows XP, and also must have Windows Outlook. I have Windows Vista Home Basic and don't have Windows Outlook. Will myOZ-290HII work with my computer??
