Outlook 2007 (Vista) consistently crashes when trying to export contacts to
Excel:
File > Export > Outlook > Export to a File > Excel
When the list of contacts is larger than ~250.

Can I tell Outlook to NOT put all 3 email addresses in the To: section?  Does
Outlook have an option to choose which email address I want to use?

Can someone send me the article on how to do this, my key word searches are
returning articles that don't apply.

I need to export thousands of contacts to Outlook.  I exporting from Access
2003.  Everything seems to be fine.  However, after exporting I get two (2)

I have been trying to print selected contacts in outlook 2003 onto lables.
I can only seem to print 1 contact or the whole contacts list.

I have a small business and have created a data base of email addresses so I
can send out promotional material.  These emails are not attachments, they
are sent from a user template within Outlook.  When I do this I get a large

We have just purchased Outlook 2007 with BCM and are trying to work
out how we can automatically "link" our 7000 contacts to accounts on

Is there a way to search and remove the extra (1) that shows up in front of
telephone numbers.  Right-clicking to format does not allow you to change
anything at all.

I exported contacts to a pst file from laptop using OL 2003 w-Exchange
Server.  Now trying to import to PC with OL2002.  Error message tells me "pst
file is not compatible with this version of the personal folders information

I’m using Office 2007 and I used to export my contacts to Excel in the
previous version. Currently I’m getting the following error:
“Translation Error: An ODBC error has occurred in the Microsoft Excel
97-2003 translator while trying to write a record to the result file.

I am posting to notify everyone that it is terribly easy to mistakenly delete
a distribution list.  Hopefully someone from the Microsoft development team
will read this.  When you click delete on the Toolbar, thinking it is
deleting a single contact from the list, it "instantly" ...

   My Outlook contacts are behaving strangely.  I can open up the contacts,
and open new email to a contact from the contacts page, but when I am on the
mail page, I cannot select any of my contacts from the To: or CC: buttons.  
Does this ring any bells with the group?

Normally, when I enter a new phone number in Outlook, and tab out of the
field, the number will format correctly, e.g., (123) 555-1212. However, I
have some users where this feature appears to be turned off. How can I
re-enable it?
