Outlook 2007 (Vista) consistently crashes when trying to export contacts to Excel: File > Export > Outlook > Export to a File > Excel When the list of contacts is larger than ~250.

Can I tell Outlook to NOT put all 3 email addresses in the To: section? Does Outlook have an option to choose which email address I want to use?

Is there a way to search and remove the extra (1) that shows up in front of telephone numbers. Right-clicking to format does not allow you to change anything at all.

My Outlook contacts are behaving strangely. I can open up the contacts, and open new email to a contact from the contacts page, but when I am on the mail page, I cannot select any of my contacts from the To: or CC: buttons. Does this ring any bells with the group?

Normally, when I enter a new phone number in Outlook, and tab out of the field, the number will format correctly, e.g., (123) 555-1212. However, I have some users where this feature appears to be turned off. How can I re-enable it?
