Is there a maximum number of contacts that you can put in Outlook 2003?

Guys,
I need to be able to export contacts in each user's mailbox to a backend sql
database or access or excel. I need to be able to do this without having to
install something on each user's desktop etc, i need to be able to do this

An client was married, the envelope prints "Bob & Jane Smith Jones"
Smith was a single name, that has been changed in Outlook to Jones.  I have
looked everywhere I cannot find where that past name is stored.
Also, in Outlook I entered them as Bob & Jane Jones   The envelop prints

I imported an address book from another program into Outlook 2003.  After
several tries where the program could not run, I selected do not check for
duplicates.  Of course, I now have duplicates but not all the information is

Lately, contacts added or changed to MS Outlook 2007 in PC will not sync
with my Pocket PC running Windows Mobile 5. Using ActiveSync v4.2 Any ideas?

I have numerous duplicate contacts in my address book. When click on them to
try to delete them, nothing happens. I am running Outlook 2003 under Vista
Business.

I am new and can't figure out how to put my contacts into groups.  All of my
contacts are now in the Contacts tab under Address book.  I have looked at

I have an Exchange account and a POP3 account in Outlook 2007. Both have an
address book. How can I change into which one a new contact will be saved? If
I click on New->Contact, it's saved into the POP3 address book, but if I

I have done a little investigating and the problem is :
If you have contacts in outlook and use a Display as name in the contact
details. Where it adds the persons real name infront of the email address

We have started migrating our users to Outlook 2003 with an integrated
management system (Hummingbird's DM5).  We have one user in our pilot group
who has full access to her boss's mailbox who sees her boss's Contacts'
folder 3 times, each one identical.
