Guys,
I need to be able to export contacts in each user's mailbox to a backend sql
database or access or excel. I need to be able to do this without having to
install something on each user's desktop etc, i need to be able to do this

An client was married, the envelope prints "Bob & Jane Smith Jones"
Smith was a single name, that has been changed in Outlook to Jones.  I have

I have numerous duplicate contacts in my address book. When click on them to
try to delete them, nothing happens. I am running Outlook 2003 under Vista

I am new and can't figure out how to put my contacts into groups.  All of my
contacts are now in the Contacts tab under Address book.  I have looked at

I have an Exchange account and a POP3 account in Outlook 2007. Both have an
address book. How can I change into which one a new contact will be saved? If

I have done a little investigating and the problem is :
If you have contacts in outlook and use a Display as name in the contact
details. Where it adds the persons real name infront of the email address
which is in brackets.  And then you use the contact finder when composing a

We have started migrating our users to Outlook 2003 with an integrated
management system (Hummingbird's DM5).  We have one user in our pilot group
who has full access to her boss's mailbox who sees her boss's Contacts'
folder 3 times, each one identical.
