Address books not loading with practice sessions in Outlook.

At the bottom of  the left column of the main window of O2007 there are
buttons for the main parts of Outlook (e.g. E-mail, Calendar, Contacts,
Folderlist). When you choose Contacts, you get a non-structured listing of
all Contacts folders, whereas in the (complete) Folder List ...

When I try sending an outgoing email to a list, the name checker won't allow
it without manually adding every name to the contacts file. I have tried
turning off the "name checker", but no luck yet.

I have customers that have 3 or more addresses and I would like suggestions
on how to save all the addresses under one name.

I just switched computers.  I was using Outlook 2007 on my previous Windows
XP computer.  Now i am using Outlook 2007 on a Windows vista system.
I successfully transferred my emails and contacts to the new computer.  I
can see my contacts when i select contacts in the navigation ...

We use desktops in the office and laptops travelling or in field offices.
All our systems are Dell with Vista Basic and Outlook 2007.
What do you suggest how best to use Outlook between desktop & laptop
systems?

How do you create a new Design form and maintain the contact picture space in
the body of the form?

I need to know where to go to get the option of white listing or black
listing an e-mail address.  Do I do it from the e-mail itself and if so, what
pulldown menu do I use.  I found it once by accident but can't remember where

I've tried dragging and dropping as well as opening an Outlook Data File but
I keep getting this error: The ...... .pst file is not a Personal Folders
file.  Within Windows Explorer, the file is shown as a Microsoft Outlook
Personal Folders file.  Any suggestions?

How do I temporarily delete a contact from e-mail list while he is on vacation?

I have a new computer that runs Vista. My smartphone(cingular 3125) uses
active sync 4.2 - that is not compatible with Vista (only up to XP) how can I
get my contacts from my phone into my laptop outlook? My old laptop is no
loinger available to export and save a .pst file.

in outlook 2003 how I can vie the contact picture in the contact detailed

I work with my main computer and with my laptop too. How do I share my
contact (and also my tasks and calendar) without having to update each
individually? I could use a memory stick if I knew how to export and import.
I have tried to do this, but cannot open the files, so ...

When I open a contact, I am not able to see the entire contact. The window
cuts off about 1/3 of the contact. I can't find a scroll bar and Maximize
doesn't help. Thx.
