Outlook 2003/XP
I am sending an form email to a group.  I am using the mail merge option in
Outlook so that the greeting line ("Dear Joe") is individualized in each
email.

I have two outlook emails accounts for two separate businesses, however when
I sync my blackberry only one of the email accounts syncs.  How do I sync the
other email account so that this info is available on my blackberry?  Can
they both sync at the same time?

Every problem that I come across seems to boil down to the fact that I am not
connected to an exchange server (and I don't wanna be). Is there a quick way
to fix this?

All of my Contacts are in and "Arranged By" Categories.  I upgraded from
Office 2003 to 2007 last week and since then I can't get the Categories to
permanently stay Collapsed.  If I go to the View menu, Expand/Collapse
Groups, it will Collapse the Categories, but as soon as I go ...

When I import data from an excel file to a contact folder, the amount of
contacts is limited to 60, even though there are over a hundred on the excel
sheet.

How can I prevent ACTIVITIES from being sent with v-cards in Outlook 2003?

Within the notes section of a contact I tried to insert a link to a
local file via the following methods:
I created a shortcut w/ explorer, and then cut and pasted the shortcut

Am I able to do a partial name search for contacts in outlook 2003?
(E.g. I type in "John" and outlook will return:
"John Doe"
"Tom John"

is it possible to use category colors company wide in a public contact
folder? We use Exchange 2003 SP1 and Outlook 2007 SP1.

I have a Contacts folder in my Exchange 2K3SP2 server, with 776 contacts and
I can NOT search (filter) on them in Oultook 2K7 and 2K3 no problems.
When I copy it to my Mailbox, I can then search the folder fine from my
Mailbox.

I have a newsletter to send out and I have the list of potential people in
outlook.  From the email I click on address and it gives me people who don't
even have an email address- how do I avoid this as going through almost 2000
contacts to select those with email does not fill ...
