I'm trying to import a pst file into outlook 2002. When i try i get the message "not compatible with this version of PErsonal Folders information service contact your administrator".. there is no administrator ..just me.. what do i do?

I have Outlook at home and work. My setup at home automatically has the company or full name field selected (highlighted) when I open contacts. However, my machine at work requires that I press control (I think...but memory fails)+tab to highlight the company or full name field.
