I have created a word document and I am trying to mail merge my outlook
contacts into it, which is all fine except for my unmarried contacts!  I want
the address box to have their full name inc initial "Mr A Smith & Mrs J
Bloggs" but I want the Dear.... to be "Mr Smith & Mrs ...

i just switched to vista and imported all of my contacts from the previous
version of outlook. now, when i draft a new email and click the "To" button
in order to insert contacts to send the email to, i get the "select names"
box but it does not have my contacts folder as an ...

I have reloaded XP SP2 and outlook 2003, I restored PST from a backup - had
some difficulties and redid the recovery couple of times but now OK except
that I have two "contacts" folders show up in address book one of which is

I am using Outlook 2003 on my computer set up with Exchange Server.  I have

When i send a group email, i want to be able to hide all email addresses but
also want each person i am emailing to be able to just see their display name
when they receive an email from me. how can i do this?

Whenever I try to export outlook contacts to another file for export, the
file always ends up with double the contacts when a fax number is entered for
the respective contact - one name with proper info, as well as the same name
with Business Fax as part of the display name with ...

is there a limit of members of DL in Outlook contacts? We are using Outlook
2003. I thought there is a page space restriction. How about Outlook 2007?

I think Contacts will use mailbox size and there is no limit itself. The

HD crashed & old data moved to new HD.  Techs at Circuit City don't know
where the Outlook Contacts reside in the system so I can't find them to
import back to Outlook.
