Can anyone tell me what the difference is in the sensitivity field between Normal, Personal, Private, & Confidential. I pretty sure about Normal & Private, but where do the other two fit in and what effect do they have onthe way Outlook behaves? Thanks in advance

Having duly searched the "microsoft.public.outlook.contacts" archive I made minimally successful attempt to import an Excel format data base (.xlt) but only the "business street" field was imported all other fields were blank. I used Excel and Outlook both 2000.

When I export contacts to excel (Export to a File => Microsoft Excel 97-2003) the field NOTES is authomatically shorted to about 256 characters (something like that). In such case I loose data, not only formating.
