Some how in importing to my contacts from Excel I have acquired some data in
the Home Address field that I can not delete.  Every record has this same
data in it.  I have exported my contacts back to Excel, cleared the HMStreet1

I have a client that wants to build a universal contacts list for the
company.  Reasonably I'm thinking of a contact list in the Public folder of
the Exchange box.  (btw, Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003/2007 clients).  They
want to set that list as their default list of checking ...

I've been maintaining several small mailing lists for a friend. Now I'm no
longer doing this work and I want to send those addresses to her, either as
an email attachment or as a CD sent via snailmail, so she can carry on.
Can't find anything on Outlook help.

How can i email a distrubtion list to my coworkers, for them to use without
sending the same email to everyone on the list?

I recently upgraded to Outlook Ultimate 2007 – Great Program but…when I click
on the TO: to send email, it shows me my entire Contact folder.  All I want
is my email contacts NOT the entire list to shift through.   When I try to
change the default folder to Outlook Address Book ...

So I first imported a couple contacts from an Excel spreadsheet I created as
sort of a tester and it worked perfectly. I created the spreadsheet based on
fields from an exported Outlook contact so that my fields would correspond in
each program. The first tester sheet worked fine ...

IT got into my computer to repair my SQL server program. They ended up
uninstalling then reinstalling the program. I believe I probably have an
updated versionat this point.
Now I am getting error messages and am unable to use ANY of my contacts.

I am trying to add contacts to Outlook Express but I am told that I cannot
have over 1,000 contacts. How do I resolve this? How do I enlarge the
capacity?

I have a computer and a cell phone with Bluetooth. I was able to send the
contacts on my cell phone to my compueter via bluetooth and the results were
automatically dropped into the contacts file. I'm now trying to do the
opposite; transfer my outlook contacts to my cell phone ...

How can I add "cutomized" info into my contacts?  I have all of my vendors
set up as contacts, and would like to add a place to enter their price and
terms to me so it is can be seen when I open my contacts folder.  Seems like
I should be able to do this, and just can't figure ...

Is there a wild card character? As an example:  looking for "ala" anywhere in
the contact name, etc.  That is any character(s) before the letters 'ala'.  I
tried * and ?. No good. Thank you for your help.

I have published a custom contact form that I use for creating all new
contacts.  However, I am having trouble making Outlook use that form to open
existing items (that is, contacts that were created before I started using
the custom form).

I have been using outlook 2003 and recently upgraded to 2007.  However I can
not find my regularly used actions such as "New Appointment for Contact" or
"New Journal for contact"
Does anyone know how I may make these vital actions available on the contact

Hi all - I am using Vista and Outlook 2007.
I am trying to organize my contacts by creating Contact Groups and moving
