I'm trying to import contact data from an excel spreadsheet (the data is
actually from ACT V8) with 27 columns and about 1300 rows.  I get the error
message "Too many fields defined" and don't get to map my fields.  It looks
like it's trying to get to the place to map the fields. ...

In my attempt to create an NEW DISTRIBUTION LIST, I accidentally deleted 1/2
of my address book.    The one that comes up when you click on the TO BUTTON
to send new e-mail.    The CONTACT list was not effected.    How can I
synchonize them again.

When I am travelling, I currently have to use Web Mail to access my email

Our company has one person who updates the Personal Address Book and then
this is shared electronically to the rest of the company on a daily basis.  
How can this be done in Outlook 2007?

I have not had any issuies sending pictures from My pictures in My computer.
I just hi-light the pictures I want and pick send to. My contacts come up , I

How do I get the category color to display at the top of each contact name? I
have a few that a different colors, but can't seem to get them all to show

Until today, when I started an email to my daughter...I only had to type
either the first three letters of her name or email address and it would
auto fill
it in for me.

In outlook 2007 when you add a contact, the notes field seems to have a
finite number of characters allowed. Is there any way to increase the length
of this field?

I have 4000 contacts and ideally need to reduce this to a more managable
number, however, I don't want to actually delete old contacts.  Is there a
way of seeing, for example, which contacts I have used over the past 12
months and moving the remainder to a separate contacts file?
