Dear Outlook Gurus,
Please Help - I have viewed other postings on your community regarding
similar issues to this, and are getting nowhere fast!
When I create a new email and click the To: button (in Outlook 2003 running

How do I stop the area code from showing up in the phone numbers of my
contacts.  When I type in a new contact, even if I don't put in the area
code, my area code shows up.  I only want the area code to be there if I put
it in.

After using Windows Easy Transfer to migrate my data, I noticed that my
contacts are missing when I click the To, Cc, or Bcc buttons.
I can see the contacts when I click on the Contacts section button in
Outlook 2007.

is there a way to create a letter from a contact in Outlook 2007? Used to do
in 2003.
