I work from home and update contact information on my system, then go into

I have XP Pro SP2 installed on my laptop with MS Outlook2003.
I only use Outlook as a Contacts list and , until today , this data
was saved as the file "backup.pst" in the path ;-
C:\D&S\User Name\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft \Outlook

I can't click the 'add this contacts list as an address book' option and when
I look it up on the web I keep being told to 'start the OAB Service in
Outlook' by using tools/services.
But htis doesn't exist.  

When I select TO in a new Outlook email message, I want to get to my personal
contact list. The only options in the Show Names From The box are Global
Address List, All Contacts, All Groups, All Users, and Public Folders. I am

I would like to adjust the contact details form to include partners mobile,

Thanks for any help.  I can send v-cards just fine, but if there is a photo
on the v-card it won't go with the e-mail

I back up my computer on a seagate hard drive. My contacts show up as a file

I often send the same email to numerous recipients.  I have noticed that
other people who send to numerous recipients are able to hide the "to" list
and only display may address.  How do you do this?

I've set all of the Outlook Contacts settings I can find to process names in
the last, first order, but still find new contact folders sort and show names
in a first,last order. Can you tell me where all these settings are so I can
figure out which one I have missed?
