Hi i have a problem.
im using outlook 2007 to mail merge the selected contacts to a form i
created in word 2007 i want to use some fields that i select and match the
fields the way i want, but when i try to mail merge other contacts to send

1. The names in my contact list in Vista are not in alphabetical order.  
Where do I find the setting to fix this?
2. Even though I have selected names in my contacts to be listed by last
name first, some contacts appear by first name.  How do I correct this?

i am using outlook 2002 for my email and lately any large files (3mb or
larger) are not being recv'd by my customers. i am scanning into an adobe pdf
file and attaching to the email. anyone have any ideas - keep in mind i am a
computer dummy so keep it simple

I am trying to merge all my contacts data including notes I have in the
"notes" area in outlook for each contact into a form in Word, I can find all
the merge fields except for "Notes" and cannot figure out how to get them in

Running MS Exchange Server 2003, and Outlook 2003.  I created a Distribution
List in Server Mgmnt that included one Contact with an "outside" email
address as well as three Exchange email addressees.  When I mail to the
Distribution List, the message goes to the three Exchange ...

I've somehow created a sub-folder under my contacts and would like to
transfer all of the contacts in the sub-folder to the parent contact folder.
Do I have to do it manually one by one or is there a way I can export it to
the parent folder?

Is there a way I could email my entire database to another person?

After setting up the new computer, everything works wonderfully EXCEPT when

I am having an issue where once in a while an email message (that I have
moved to an Outlook Folder) gets placed back into my Inbox.  Has anyone else
had this happen or know of a fix for this?

In the Notes area of my Contacts, I cut and paste info about the individual,
often from an email.  The font might be Bold, italicized, etc.  I then change
the font to my desired look/font and formatting.  Later, after several
hours/days, the font reverts back to what it was when ...

When I bring up a contact & go to "Activities" tab it wants to
default to "ALL Items" which starts bringing in every email.
I know I can use the drop down to change it.
Can I just default to something else like "Tasks" that I use most often?

I am saving a copy of my contact to their individual client file and when I
go back in to check the anniversary has disappeared.  If I try to enter again
and save it won't let me.  
Any assistance would be appreciated.
