I have the Outlook 2003 and Windows mobile and I sync the contacts. I would
like to know how can I hide some contacts with personal information? I would
like to hide these contacts and show only with some personal password.

that come standard for many people. how do i add a 4th email address for a

I would like to send an email to a large distribution list, but don't want
everyone to see all the email addresses. How does that get done?

This is a brand-new install of Outlook 2007 and when I hit Import/Export to
go get my pst file, it does exactly nothing.  The other navigation works just
fine.  Any HELP would be great.  Please somebody spare this machine a good
thrashing.

All contacts are gone (erroneous syncing error with ActiveSync). I do have a
complete PC backup/image, but I don't know which file(s) to restore or where

says... the microsoft Excel file has no named ranges. Use Microsoft Excel to
name the range of data you want to import.

I came to work on Monday and all of our contacts and our calendars were
empty!! Does anyone know of any way to retrieve the contact or calendar info?

I'm freaked!  I meant to delete one contact from a long list, but hit the X
button instead of "remove" and now the entire list is gone!  Is there any way
I can get it back?  I think I have a backup of my Outlook stuff, but not even
sure how to get just that portion of my contact ...

I exported a file from my contact group (I have Outlook 2003, Windows XP) to
a csv. file. I don't know if that had anything to do with it, but the next
