I have the Outlook 2003 and Windows mobile and I sync the contacts. I would like to know how can I hide some contacts with personal information? I would like to hide these contacts and show only with some personal password.

This is a brand-new install of Outlook 2007 and when I hit Import/Export to go get my pst file, it does exactly nothing. The other navigation works just fine. Any HELP would be great. Please somebody spare this machine a good thrashing.

I am trying to import a file from excel to my contacts. I am at a window that says... the microsoft Excel file has no named ranges. Use Microsoft Excel to name the range of data you want to import. what does this mean and what do i do???

I'm freaked! I meant to delete one contact from a long list, but hit the X button instead of "remove" and now the entire list is gone! Is there any way I can get it back? I think I have a backup of my Outlook stuff, but not even sure how to get just that portion of my contact ...

I exported a file from my contact group (I have Outlook 2003, Windows XP) to a csv. file. I don't know if that had anything to do with it, but the next day, my Outlook contact file arbitrarily had shrunk from 144 contacts & notes to 32.
