I have Outlook 2003. When I select the address book icon to view my contacts, it does not show me the company field and I cannot figure out how to add that vield to view it. TY Linda

Is there a way to display, by way of a column, all the category a contact belongs to? When I view my contacts, only one of their categories is listed and I would to see at-a-glance all the categories that they belong to. Thanks much,

We have several large category lists that we send weekly letters through. I get feedback from some that they are not recieving the letters. When I look at the information on my end it looks correct. What could the problem be?

I'm using Outlook 2003. When I try to import an Excel sheet to a contacts folder, the folder does not show. In fact, none of my contacts folders show, just email pst folders. I know I've done this before but can't for the life of me figure out what I'm doing wrong this time.

If I update a contact with a new email address, then I move it to another user's contact list, the old email address remains and the new email address is added as email2. Is there a way to stop this from happening? Thanks.

When adding a new contact, Outlook should allow you to add the contact to a dist list in the Contact's Properties. Also, Outlook should allow us to look up a contact and see what Dist lists the contact is on... ----------------
