I have searched all the help topics and could not locate any information
about emailing a distribution list from 2003 to a user with 2007.  When a
distribution list is created in the 2003 version, its blank when the user
opens the list from 2007 version.  Have I missed something ...

I am trying to import my contacts from an Excel spreadsheet into Outlook.  I
feel like I have tried EVERYTHING!   I have saved my data as both an excel
spreadsheet and in CSV format.  I have made sure the columns AND the range of
data is identified.

I have created a custom contact card/form and have successfully mapped all
the corresponding data, however, when i go to finalise the import, it
transfers all the information into the standard contact card format.

I need to use windows mail contact( ICantact interface ) to get all the
contacts details. I can easily get the Name Collections.
I query the IContactProperties interface using IContact interface.

Is there an easy way to pick and choose which contacts synch over to my
phone?  i am using 2007 and activesynch 4.5.  I have been trying to find a
way using software limits but i am striking out.  i dont want to archive by
date.  I would like to archive by some other criteria, IE ...

I am changing jobs soon and want to be able to take my contacts with me. Not
all of them are in my address book because I rely on the auto-complete
feature in Outlook. Where can I find the list that store the auto-complete
names so I can take them with me when I leave?

I need to distribute invitations for an office party to about 500 contacts...
I'd rather not break this invitation list up, any ideas.

I'm on a corporate Outlook server that has been configured to sync with
blackberries.  I'd like to create a folder of contacts that do not sync with
the blackberry.  Is there a way to tag/filter/catagorize contacts so that
some are not synced?

I am running XP and Office 2007.  My e-mail is provided by Comcast and is web
based.  I want to export all my address book contacts and their information
from Comcast to Outlook 2007 so I can sync my iPhone to Outlook 2007.
Comcast will only export to 4 formats -- .ABA for Palm ...

I am finding unknown contacts in my contact book, some with strange symbols,
often with a URL with "buythisblog" in it, etc. I'm not sure how they are
being added. How do I prevent this? Is there a setting? I have searched all

I have many different categorys for my contacts (outlook).  I want to
print a summary of one particular category (i.e. Xmas 07).  When I go
to print I keep printing all my categoriesy (pages long) instead just
the one I want to print.

I am importing data with some custom fields, and i am able to create the
custom fields in the "current view" but not able to select them when mapping
the data from Excel to Outlook.

When I am in the "Phone List" view vs. the Address Card view, you lose the
quick A-Z roller dex listing on the side to quickly jump to the first letter
of the contact group.  On one of my computers at work, when I am using Phone
List View and just type a letter, it will ...
