My PC is connected via a Nortel CTA 100 modem to my Nortel digital tel
switch.  Using either the Nortel software or Windows dialer I can both make

I am currently running Microsoft Exchange and Office 2003 and would like
to configure the same contact to appear in multiple Public Folders or groups,
so that if it is edited in one location it is changed everywhere else.  Here

I was wondering why when importing a contact list from Excel (or .csv
format), my email fields and display name as fields arent being
imported.  I know i can use the map custom fields to get them to
import.  As far as i know i am using the default field names

additional contacts beyond 1000 and 2. I don't have a personal folder.  A MS
representative said let's do "Outlook Connector" this is the best way.  What's

In Outlook contacts, how do i search for the country field?

I'm using Outlook 2003 and OWA with Exchange Server 2003.
If I add a new personal contact in OWA, and try to find it by typing the
firstname in Outlook (by default), the newly added contact won't show up.
However I can find it by lastname.

when adding public folder contacts to favorit contact, it wil not show in my
favorits, i miss the "other contacts" group in my favorits.
Anyone know this problem?

Does anybody know why?  Outlook 2007 with OS XP no problem, but with my newly
bought Vista machine, I could not search with contacts.

I cannot access LAYOUT in order to get to CONTACTS so that didn't help.  I
cannot access OPTIONS via TOOLS so that didn't help.  Can't find Privacy tab
or MY BLOCK List.  NOTHING I'VE TRIED WORKS.

I sent a message out to a large distribution list and, after receiving a
number of failure notices, I was deleting the out-of-date addresses from the
list.  Then I created another message but the distribution list no longer
exists!  Could I have inadvertently deleted the whole ...

I have a large Excel sheet containing e-mail addresses.  I need to put these
in my Outlook Express address book.  I don't want to type or cut and paste.  
What can I do to easily convert this data?

I have Microsoft Outlook 2007 and when I go to the "Import and Export" area  
under the file menu, I can't find any command that allows me to import my
Vista .contact files. I am assuming this is because Office 2007 is older
than Vista. But, I'm just hoping that somebody out here ...
