I have a new Dell Latitude (year old) with Vista and Office 2003 installed.  
The problems I have with Outlook 2003 are these: each time I edit a contact,
or edit a calendar appointment, Outlook freezes (not responding) for maybe up
to 30 seconds before the action is taken.  ...

I see how to include the contact link in all forms. But it is very time
consuming to scroll down my list of almost 5000 contacts to select the one
that I want to link to.
I do realize that I can just start typing the name and i will be taken

This may be more suggestion than question.
It would be very nice if I was on a contact and could click the "new note
button", "new appointment button", "new to do button" , etc.  to create an
item that was already linked to the contact I had open.  Kinda of the way I

When I "Show All" Tasks, I have many that are no longer relevant.  And many
are associated with certain Contacts.  But when I attempt to delete those old
Tasks, I receive a warning that if I delete the task[s], the associated

I have Outlook 2003 (not Express).  I went to "find" and typed in a phone #
to see who it belongs to but it doesn't do that.  Instead, it finds addresses
