recently i formatted my machine and installed office 2003. i used to have
auto fill suggestions while making new mails. but now i am not getting these.
is there any way to export all auto suggestion addresses so when you install

new job all using outlook and I want to copy my Bosses outlook contact into
my outlook. He has given me all permissions but i am still at a loss on how
to perform this task.

I am successfully merging addresses from a Contact List into a document in
Word.  Outlook 03, Word 03.  The issue is that on some addresses I get an
extra line eg:
