I work for an accounting firm that uses Outlook extensively for tracking our
contacts.  We have developed our own template for the layout of the contacts
information.  We use the note section often and therefore we made that a
large box.

I want to import contacts from a .pst file located on one drive into outlook

Although my contacts are available on the contact window, when I start a new
email they are not available in the To box.

go to "default" contact in outlook and open:
click on contact your getting error message from
click on display and delete whatever is listed and hit enter

I would like to know where the file containing the Contact list is kept.  On
Outlook Express it was kept in a wab file.  I wish to back it up but can't
seem to find any information from Microsoft on how to do that.
