We recently migrated our e-mail system from Novell Groupwise to Outlook 2007
using an Exchange server, and I have two problems regarding shared contacts.
1) I can see the shared address books in my Contacts listed under People's
Contacts, but they do not appear in the Address Book ...

1)  I moved to a new computer using Outlook 2003.  I opened my .PST file just
fine but no contacts were in it.  Are they supposed to be part of the .PST
file?
2)  I tried to import my contacts from a .CSV into the contats folder, BUT

In Outlook 2003 there was a CONTACTS field in the lower right corner of a
contact record.  This allow you to link one or mor contacts.
I have upgraded to Outlook 2007.  Now I cannot find a reviseable version of
this field.  I can find the value of the 2003 field in MISCELLANEOUS

I have a few hundred email addresses in my AutoComplete list but almost zero
names in either my address book or my contacts list.  Can I transfer them in
an easy way as opposed to re-copying all of them one at a time into my
address book?

I need to copy and paste all my distribution lists  at one time. I don't want
to have to copy each email address one at a time - ugh!. I am actually trying
to import my distribution lists and export them to a service called Constant
Contact that does email marketing. Someone ...

Is it possible to copy multiple email addresses  from either a Word or Excel
document into an Outlook  Distribution List  without having to enter each
email address individually into Outlook & then into a Distribution List?

Upgraded from 2000 to 2007.  All of my contacts and saved e-mails are gone.  
I'm assuming there is something I can do to get this info back.  Thanks.

Outlook Contacts is a linked table in Access. I'm trying to send contacts to
Outlook using an Access append query. That works, but the new Contact in
Outlook has the email icon, not the Contact icon.

All of my email addresses are in my contact file but not reflected in my
address book.  When I click on a name in contcts, the properties fields are
empty.  When I try request properties, I get an error message that says
Property Dialog Box could not be displayed.  An invalid ...

How do you add a distribution list sent to you via e-mail to your Contacts?
Online help said to right click the List and select "add to contacts". When
I do that the list does not include "add to contacts".
