One of my regular e mail contacts is ' blocked' How do I unblock this contact.

Is it possible to rename "User field 1"  and  "User Field 2"  in the contact
address cards to another word like Service  and Instructions.

I have several subcontact folders under my Contact folder.  I would like to
create a master contact folder with all the information contained in the
subfolders but also maintain the data in each of the original subfolders.  
How can I accomplish this?

Have a question about DLs.  Is there a way to do one of the following.
1. Create a distribution list from a category? (simpler than one by one or
copy and paste from excel?)
2. Immediately assign members tagged to a category to the corresponding

When I sort Contacts by Company, I get two separate sets of "Company (none)"
and the rest of the company lists are accurate.  How can I get these to be
one set?  (They have different contacts in each list of 100+ "none"
companies.)

Out of 150 or so contacts listed from the Address Book entry from the TOOLS

I am trying to find out if all my contacts as well as all the information on
my calendar is backed up when use the "backup" under the File tab? It is
telling me that my personal folder is being backed up but I am not sure if
that includes the contacts and calendar. Thanks

How do I remove duplicates in the contact data base for 2007 outlook program

When I type the name of certain contacts in the "To" line of a new Email, I
get both active and expired Email addresses.  I'd like to delete the expired
addresses, but they don't show up on the contact page or in the Outlook

I am using Outlook 2007.  Only some email addresses and/or names pop up when
I start typing in the To: section.  I have 3 Donnas in my address book and
all of their contact cards appear to be formatted the same.  Only one pops up

We are saving our contacts in the public folder so we don't have individual
listings across the office.  However, the number of clicks and scrolls that
you need to do to get to the public folder (instead of just clicking on
'Contacts') is a pain.

For some reason My contacts are divided into has two groups ( or Classes)
the main group has 609 contacts and the other (Message Class SBE) has 302
contacts,
how do I move contacts out of the second group and consolidate them into the

Only options for addresses are Home, Business, and Other.  We would like to
change/add a few differnt such as "new home" or "rental" etc. is this
possible?
